Description
An activity plan which includes a number of play-based activities to aid children’s understanding of how to recognise vertical lines of symmetry.
National Curriculum Links:
- Identify and describe the properties of 2-D shapes, including the number of sides and line symmetry in a vertical line.
Each activity plan includes: a number of activities with clear links to the national curriculum, a range of extra challenges to extend learning further, a list of resources needed to complete the activities, and example photographs of how activities can be set up.
