Account access
Accounts are intended to be for individual use only; you are responsible for keeping the password for your account secure and not sharing this with any other individual.
Individual subscriptions will be monitored to ensure they are being used by an individual member of staff. If we think this is not the case you will be contacted directly to discuss your subscription.
For school subscriptions, each staff is treated as an individual account.
To protect access to your account, if we detect multiple logins from different devices within a time period, the account may be locked and will require the account owner to reset the password to unlock the account.
