Return policy
We’re very proud of our products and we’re sure you’ll love them too, if however you’d like to return anything to Teach Kit please ensure you contact our customer service team first to discuss the options available to you.

Please note, all downloadable files (e.g. activity plans) and subscriptions which give access to these files are non-refundable.

Return of damaged or faulty goods
If the reason for return is because your product has arrived damaged or faulty or it has subsequently developed a fault whilst in your care please photograph the goods and call our customer service team for advice, we’ll ask you to forward the pictures to us so we can make an assessment on how to proceed. If an agreement is made to return the goods we will make the necessary arrangements with our carrier and will cover the cost to return the goods.

Return of non-faulty goods
If you’d like to return a non-faulty item to Teach Kit you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and the goods must remain in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, if both these criteria are met please contact our customer service team to discuss the next steps. You can make your own arrangements to return the goods or we can organise this for you, if the product needs to go on a pallet the return will be subject to a £60 return charge to cover the return fees and if it is small enough to be returned in a box the return will be subject to a £15 return charge. Upon return to Teach Kit our returns team will inspect the goods prior to any refund being issued.
